Our Story
In recent years, two diverging trends have suppressed inventory in residential real estate: NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy creates an "all or nothing" approach to marketing a property for sale, however 35% of home sellers are reluctant to publicly market their homes. On the buy side, buyers' brokers rely upon inefficient methods, such as word of mouth and "In Search Of" emails to source inventory. Off market listings are prevalent, but they lack exposure as they have largely been marketed in-house and by word of mouth, until now.
We created Premarket to directly address these inefficiencies and improve inventory discovery for off market real estate.
Premarket is a first-of-its-kind exchange that privately and confidentially services private listings and buyer needs. Buyers' brokers gain access to off market listings and listing brokers connect with buyer brokers for their listings. Co-brokers are introduced only once a match has been identified, providing brokers confidence in disclosure, less time sending and receiving ISO emails, and more time on what really matters—qualifying opportunities and closing deals for their clients.
